The United States Department of State has issued its latest travel advisory for travel to Medina County, OH. U.S. citizens entering Medina County, Ohio, USA do so at their own risk.
Medina County, Ohio has suspended the U.S. Constitution and has enforced Sharia law in this lawless tribal area, suburban to Cleveland.
Travelers risk unlawful arrest and illegal detention. Unlawfully arrested travelers have been denied access to legal counsel.

HERE'S HOW COUNTY PROSECUTORS DINO HOEMAN AND KEVIN BAXTER, BOTH TOTALLY CORRUPT, CONTINUE TO SWEEP CORRUPTION UNDER THE RUG
It is no secret to regular readers of this blog the blogger considers Medina County Prosecutor DINO HOEMAN and his best bud, Erie County Prosecutor KEVIN BAXTER to be completely corrupt. Both are sleazy Democrat politicians, unlike HOEMAN'S LAPDOG, CHRIS CALAFATO-COLLIER, a sleazy Republican. Not that LAPDOG JUDGE COLLIER is really a politician, since he has never campaigned for anything, given the fact that the Medina County Dems have handed him an unopposed lifetime seat on the Medina County Bench in a sweetheart deal with Medina County Dems. LAPDOG COLLIER is just sleazy, plain and simple, for a whole host of reasons.
Of course, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, a Republican really sleazy politician, has no small part to play in perpetuating public corruption in Ohio among his sleazy Republican cronies, including Medina County. More about Dewine, another slug Republican politician in a future post at this blog.
The reality is that, in Medina County, political corruption has merged both of these two purported "parties" into a common union, otherwise known as MEDINA COUNTY REPUBLICRATS.
In order to conceal the filth of their corruption, HOEMAN and BAXTER rely upon one another, a symbiotic relationship.
In March 2014, BAXTER called upon HOEMAN to work out another sweetheart deal in Erie County with another of BAXTER'S best buds, a thieving dirtball identified as Joseph Yost, who is reported to have collected water payments from residents of the Sandusky, Ohio Hoppers Mobile Home Park, but forgot to send those payments to the City of Sandusky to the tune of $260,000.00.
In the eyes of BAXTER, and by default DINO HOEMAN, this was just a minor oversight by Yost.
As a result of the arrearage in the amount of $260,000.00, the City of Sandusky cut off the water supply to Hoppers Mobile Home Court, leaving the residents without water and their mobile homes uninhabitable as a result.

Although the article is silent, it seems certain that all of these mobile homes were condemned as unlivable due to the lack of water. Accordingly, all of the residents, most likely lower income families, were forced to relocate, losing whatever equity they may have had in their condemned mobile homes.
The article reports that, instead of going to trial for this theft of $260,000.00, HOEMAN worked out a sweetheart deal to save Yost, BAXTER'S best bud, from facing any jail or prison time and, instead, offered Yost the opportunity to enter a pre-trial diversion program. If Yost is a good boy in the near term, and refrains from stealing another $260,000.00, all will be forgiven and forgotten.
The article points out a poignant remark from Erie County Judge Roger Binnette, who seems to be interested in justice, unlike HOEMAN and his LAPDOG JUDGE COLLIER.

MEDINA COUNTY AUDITOR MICHAEL KOVACK ON THE ROPES ? NOT SO FAST !
Medina County Auditor MICHAEL KOVACK, another Medina County Republicrat living off your tax dollars is reported to be "under investigation" by DINO HOEMAN'S BEST BUD, ERIE COUNTY PROSECUTOR KEVIN BAXTER.
Readers can be assured that HOEMAN and BAXTER will apply thick coat of whitewash to shield KOVACK from any consequences of any "inadvertent mistakes" KOVACK may have made as a "public servant."
Interestingly, some while ago, a reader of this blog sent along the following message:
The blogger has learned that some of KOVACK'S employees became discontent that KOVACK had been engaging in unethical, and allegedly illegal activities under the color of his office. Those employees, under the mistaken impression that there is some modicum of integrity in the Medina County "JUSTUS" system, are reported to have turned over certain evidence to the Medina County Sheriff's Office for "investigation," as if the Sheriff's Office is capable of conducting anything more than a 36 minute "investigation."
The blogger has been told that one of the illustrious sheriff's "detectives" placed the onus on KOVACK'S employees to conduct the investigation and report back. Now that is some top-shelf work typical of the Medina County Sheriff's Office.
The Medina County Sheriff, apparently afraid to enforce the law against on of the local Republicrats,
promptly turned over the allegations to HOEMAN for his "investigation."
Typically, HOEMAN took no action to "investigate" KOVACK, his Republicrat buddy, until the County Commissioners sent a letter to HOEMAN requesting him to look into KOVACK'S activities.
Oh me, Oh my. What was HOEMAN to do? How to go about sweeping the indiscretions of one of his Republicrat best buddies under the rug?
Given the fact that one hand washes the other among Medina Republicrats, the only thing HOEMAN could do was call upon his other best bud, sleazy Erie County Prosecutor KEVIN BAXTER. HOEMAN and BAXTER call upon each other when they want to protect their cronies and sweep certain "indiscretions" (crimes) under the rug.
True to form, and resorting to his usual and customary practice, HOEMAN has called upon his best bud BAXTER to "investigate" his other best bud COUNTY AUDITOR MIKE KOVACK.

Isn't it time to investigate Michael Kovack too? He's the ELECTED Medina County Auditor that I've been contacting for YEARS to report an inaccurate property appraisal. PUBLIC SERVICE POSTS BY MIKE . . . THE AUDITOR
County Auditor MIKE KOVACK appears to be just one more sleazy Medina Republicrat, if the comments by concerned Medina citizens have any merit.
The blogger has come upon a thread at the Topix website, captioned "Do you approve of Mike Kovack as Medina County Auditor?" Readers can access public comments pertaining to Medina Republicrat County Auditor Mike Kovack at http://www.topix.com/forum/city/medina-oh/TBF1CQO0U9RBUG22T
The comments found at Topix by apparently informed Medina County citizens includes a laundry list of questionable (corrupt) practices by KOVACK under the color of his Office, and misappropriating County funds in the process.
Complaints from Medina County citizens include allegations that KOVACK:
1) Has been playing "dirty politics for 20 years (a typical Medina Republicrat);
2) Used County assets (computers, printers, paper, toner, etc. to run multiple campaigns while in office--we know he ran Joan Heller's campaign and started the ByeBye Burke--even Dems are mad at him for that!!
3) Used County employees to campaign for him and his candidates while in office--do you really think he does KIWANIS Student of the Month because he loves kids???
4) Used County money for campaigns--changing seals on gas pumps, letterhead, websites, magnets.
5) Runs a real estate business from his office while as a paid County official--his renters even bring in rent checks to the office!
6) Uses County computer for his dating services--Match.com.
7) and the BIG ONE which is why the Sheriff's office is involved: Fixing property values for votes--that is called "Theft in Office" folks.
(The citizen who believes that the Sheriff's Office is capable of performing a competent, credible investigation of public corruption in Medina County is sadly mistaken.)
8) Has expended $100,000 of county funds each year, for the past five years, on his political campaigns. (That $500,000.00 is just a drop in the bucket given all the tax dollars Medina County sucks from its residents,)
9) Has promoted his annual chili cook-off as a charitable event when, in fact, it is a fundraiser for his political campaigns.
These are some, but not all, of the allegations that the HOEMAN/BAXTER TEAM will surely SWEEP UNDER THE RUG. This is obviously no secret to the citizens of Medina County, as evidenced by the following post from an informed citizen at the Topix website:

Then again, Marty Roberts may very well just be the brother of one of those hot babes AUDITOR MIKE is dating at Match.com.

While the HOEMAN/BAXTER purported "investigation" of fellow Republicrat County Auditor MIKE KOVACK goes nowhere, it seems only reasonable to consider some of KOVACK'S major accomplishments.
Now, it appears that KOVACK must be a humble soul, since he has not touted his involvement in international relations on behalf of Medina County.
It appears that KOVACK has been, for some years now, studying the Russian language and communicating with Russian citizens, as an Ambassador to Russia from Medina County.

If ever a case required an independent special prosecutor from DeWine's office instead of a politicized prosecutor, it was this case. Also why does Erie County Commissioners continue to allow Baxter to appoint special prosecutors in Erie County without their approval as required by law and why isn't the City of Sandusky through Law Director Icsman speaking up about his thefts and looking out for its citizens?
Judge Binette ought to sentence this man to the maximum time if he accepts the plea to send a message to the community that there is equal justice under the law.
