SALISBURY CONCEDES HE'S COMPLETELY IMPOTENT!

Medina County Ass. prosecutor SCOTT SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, has ultimately conceded that he's IMPOTENT!


Regular readers of this blog may recall that SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, has previously communicated to this blog his ringing endorsement of "the little blue pill."

It is little wonder that SALISBURY is so enchanted with his "little blue pill," following this rather recent discovery.

The Innocent Defendant, who was railroaded into prison and whose case is being profiled at this blog,was repeatedly taunted by SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR.

It has been recently learned that, following one particular court session, SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, once again confronted this Defendant, who was chained and shackled IN THE MEDINA COUNTY COURTHOUSE/MOSQUE AND RAILROAD STATION!.   SALISBURY, with all the strength that can be mustered by a TOTAL COWARD, stepped within inches of the face of this chained and shackled Defendant and called him a "BITCH!"


Knowing that SALISBURY is a complete moron, the Innocent Defendant just looked at SALISBURY, the eunuch, and smiled, offering no reply.

At first blush, one might think that SALISBURY had mistaken this Defendant for LAPDOG COLLIER WHO IS, INDEED, HOLMAN'S "BITCH."

But, alas, such is not the case.  SALISBURY was indeed addressing the Defendant, principally because SALISBURY was being thrashed soundly in Court. 


Now, SALISBURY, along with LAPDOG JUDGE COLLIER and CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR, finds himself before the Office of Disciplinary Counsel in the Supreme Court of Ohio, that has before it a 500-page complaint of PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT, WHICH WILL EVENTUALLY LEAD TO HIS DISBARMENT AND EVENTUAL INDICTMENT, ALONG WITH LAPDOG COLLIER AND CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DEAN HOLMAN.


Perhaps SALISBURY was just practicing his wannabe thug prison lingo in anticipation of what will surely be his ultimate destination at a vacation resort spot, compliments of the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.


When SALISBURY makes this mistake inside prison walls, some fellow inmate will surely bend him into the shape of a pretzel.

IN THIS BLOGGER'S PERSONAL LIFE EXPERIENCE, ONLY SNIVELING COWARDS MAKE SUCH STATEMENTS TO CHAINED AND SHACKLED DEFENDANTS, AND ONLY WHEN THERE IS NO CHANCE OF GETTING THEIR CLOCKS CLEANED.


FURTHERMORE, ANYONE WHO WOULD MAKE SUCH A STATEMENT TO A CHAINED AND SHACKLED INDIVIDUAL CONCEDES THAT HE IS A COMPLETELY INFERIOR AND IMPOTENT PERSON WHO OBVIOUSLY NEEDS TO CONVINCE HIMSELF THAT HE IS NOT AN INFERIOR MOMMA'S BOY UNABLE TO WITHSTAND THE RIGORS OF A CONFRONTATION WITHOUT AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE.  IN OTHER WORDS, A COMPETE COWARD!

COWARDS LIKE SALISBURY WOULD NEVER MAKE SUCH STATEMENTS TO ANYONE OUTSIDE THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF THE MEDINA COUNTY COURTHOUSE/MOSQUE & RAILROAD STATION, WHERE HE CAN CALL FOR HELP AT THE DROP OF A HAT, GIVEN THE FACT THAT HIS MOMMA IS NOT AROUND TO PROTECT HIM!

A READER ASKS, "HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT THEY DESTROYED THE EVIDENCE?"

A reader of this blog has made the specific inquiry, "Just how do you know that the Medina County prosecutor destroyed the exculpatory evidence?"

That is a question properly asked, and well deserving of an answer.

As with all such matters presented at this blog, the blogger presents facts and evidence from which reasonable inference may be drawn.

THE BLOGGER HAS CONCLUDED THAT THE CRIMINALS OPERATING OVER IN COURTROOM NO. 1 AT THE MEDINA COUNTY COURTHOUSE/MOSQUE & RAILROAD STATION HAS DESTROYED THE EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE DELIBERATELY AND UNLAWFULLY WITHHELD FROM THE DEFENDANT WHOSE CASE IS PROFILED AT THIS BLOG BASED UPON THE VERY WORDS OF SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, IN AN ELECTRONIC MESSAGE THAT SALISBURY HAS SENT TO THIS BLOG.


PRESENTED BELOW IS THE PRECISE LANGUAGE, TAKEN FROM THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR'S MESSAGE:

“And can you prove these illustrious prosectors (sic) withheld evidence?You do realize if the courts were really corrupt as you have said with FACT that you say they are . . . they would have simply destroyed all proof by now.  Because the courts are not really corrupt, and the evidence that [Defendant] is not the violent felon that nearly killed his family is not and never has been in existence.”  

SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, HAS UNEQUIVOCALLY ADMITTED THAT THE EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE IS NO LONGER IN EXISTENCE. 



THAT IS A MAJOR ADMISSION AGAINST THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR'S SELF-INTEREST, THANK GOODNESS.

SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR claims that a Corrupt Federal Judge will perpetuate the CORRUPTION IN THE MEDINA COUNTY COURTS!

In a rather interesting turn of events, Medina Ass. prosecutor SCOTT SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, relies upon the presumption that the corruption that pervades the Medina County Courts reaches well into the Federal Judiciary!


On Saturday, August 20, 2011, SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, sent the following email message to this blog:

What you fail to understand is, that the FBI does not care. You see, the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for Northern District of Ohio is none other than the wife of current Ohio Representative for the 69th District, Bill Batchelder. Who preceded Collier as judge, who you regard as corrupt. And given how corruption works, does it not seem like Collier was not the first, considering how Holman, who you regard as corrupt has been in office since 1988. The fact is that she will throw out any case, if what you claim about corruption is true.

THIS SEEMS TO BE NOTHING MORE THAN WISHFUL THINKING ON THE PART OF SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR.

SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, imputes to Federal Judge Alice Batchelder and the Federal Judiciary the same level of corruption that pervades the Medina County Courts.  Contrary to his claims, SALISBURY has not, and cannot, produce any compelling evidence that Judge Batchelder is corrupt, as he alleges.

Further, since SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, has been so busy conspiring with LAPDOG JUDGE COLLIER to deprive innocent citizens of their constitutional protections in order to railroad the innocent to prison, he has failed to keep up with current events.

Contrary to SALISBURY'S assertion, Judge Alice Batchelder sits on the 6th Circuit in the U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio, and is not the Chief Judge for the Northern District of Ohio.

Once again, the SALISBURY'S hopes and wishful thinking that an allegedly corrupt Federal Judge Alice Batchelder will throw out any Federal indictment levied against him, LAPDOG JUDGE COLLIER, and CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DINO HOLMAN, have been dashed by the FACTS.


One would have to believe that Rep. William Batchelder and the Honorable Federal Judge Alice Batcheldeer will be none too pleased when they learn that SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, acting in concert with LAPDOG MEDINA JUDGE COLLIER and CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DINO HOLMAN, has alleged that FEDERAL JUDGE BATCHELDER IS AS CORRUPT AS THEY ARE.

From the date that the blogger first began publishing this blog exposing the corruption in the Medina County Courts, Ass. Medina County prosecutor SCOTT SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, has been the mouthpiece of LAPDOG JUDGE COLLIER and CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DINO HOLMAN.  Of these three, SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, is obviously the most expendable and can rely on HOLMAN and COLLIER to give him cover and to protect him from the consequences of his unethical and unlawful conduct.

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES IS NO MORE THAN A SCRAP OF PAPER?  ARE YOU KIDDING ME ???


While this may be the opinion of SALISBURY, HOLMAN, and COLLIER, as evidenced by the vary basic fact that these three crooks daily deprive Medina County citizens of the Constitutional protections, the Supreme Court of the United States disagrees.  Perhaps that is why LAPDOG COLLIER "rules" contrary to the holdings of the Supreme Court.


Since none of these three is particularly cerebral, it is appropriate to point out that "aggressive prosecution" does not equate with "UNLAWFUL PROSECUTION," the daily stock-in-trade of the Medina County Prosecutor's Office and the Kangaroo Court of LAPDOG MEDINA JUDGE CHRISTOPHER COLLIER, THE VILLAGE IDIOT AND TOWN WHORE.


AS FOR THIS BLOGGER, HE WOULD PREFER TO RELY ON THE GUARANTIES PROVIDED BY THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AND THE JUDGMENTS OF THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT THAN UPON THE MISGUIDED AND UNLAWFUL DECISIONS OF LAPDOG COLLIER, DINO HOLMAN, THE CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR, AND SALISBURY, THE PATHOLOGICAL LIAR.
