“Publius,” who has an obvious vested interest in shutting down the blog because of his corrupt conduct, misconduct, and unlawful conduct, attempted to intimidate and coerce Inspector Hartman to remove his blog from publication.  Some of those attempts by “Publius” in his various electronic messages include, but are not limited to, the following:

“This (sic) continued lies will result in the poster facing a civil lawsuit for libel.”  (Email message from Steve Martinez-johnson).

“Want to get a legal notice in the morning . . . Don’t think so, cut the theatrics and shut your damn blog down.”  (Email message, January 3, 2011).

“I ask as a concerned citizen that you halt publishing of your blog.  (signed) Publius.”  (Craigslist posting, January 3, 2011).

“You see that three messages have been sent out [to Medina County political parties], and that you will be put at further legal risk if you continue to publish.
