It appears that HOLMAN THE CORRUPT has decided that he should disqualify himself in this matter and has invited his BEST BUD, ERIE COUNTY PROSECUTOR KEVIN BAXTER over to Medina County to prosecute Michael Butts.
A reader of this blog has sent along an impression of events that have given rise to the appointment of KEVIN BAXTER as as "Special Prosecutor" in the Butts case:
Hey, I thought we paid taxes for our own prosecutor, who farms everything out, probably cause there is obvious conflict of interest and he just likes sitting high on the hog get fat off our money!
Some parent stole cash from youth football and probably gave Holman a cut!
"Butts" are BAXTER'S specialty, and BAXTER may very well be on the prowl for a new SEX SLAVE over here in Medina County where, apparently, the selection of victims is acceptable to BAXTER and HOLMAN.
Regular readers of this blog may recall that HOLMAN THE CORRUPT prosecuted Ms. Krista Harris, BAXTER'S SEX SLAVE, after Ms. Harris refused to "play ball" and offer perjured testimony, coerced by BAXTER (a common practice in Medina County), in a pending homicide trial.

Interestingly, Summit County Sheriff Drew Alexander found BAXTER to be just one more unethical slug, like HOLMAN THE CORRUPT. In fact, Sheriff Alexander filed a complaint against BAXTER with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court, citing specifically that, at the time that BAXTER handled a case in Summit County, BAXTER WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR: (1) PERJURY; AND (2) NONCONSENSUAL SEX (RAPE) WITH A WITNESS IN AN UPCOMING MURDER TRIAL, WHO LATER BECAME BAXTER'S SEX SLAVE.

Nevertheless, Michael Butts has a hard way to go. If the charges turn out to be true that Butts stole from a kids' sports league, he has to be a COMPLETE MORON ON PAR WITH LAPDOG MEDINA JUDGE COLLIER.
For one thing, however, one can never be sure that anything that comes through the office of DINO THE CORRUPT is credible, since HOLMAN THE CORRUPT is neither honest nor ethical, lacking the slightest scintilla of integrity.
Whether the charges are true or not, Butts' case is before the DISHONORABLE MEDINA LAPDOG JUDGE CHRISTOPHER COLLIER who does everything he's told by HOLMAN THE CORRUPT. It's the only way that a low-rent attorney like COLLIER can preserve his lifetime uncontested appointment to the Medina County Court, without fear of having to face an opponent in an honest election.
Mr. Butts should realize that his chances of receiving a lawful, fair trial in LAPDOG COLLIER'S KANGAROO COURTROOM NO. 1 are just about as favorable as a snowball surviving the Summer season in Hades!
To top it off, since Mr. Butts' case is in LAPDOG COLLIER'S KANGAROO COURTROOM NO. 1, there is little doubt that HOLMAN THE CORRUPT has assigned the case to "Special Prosecutor" KEVIN BAXTER, who will undoubtedly be scouting the local terrain for his next SEX SLAVE.
BAXTER, working in tandem with LAPDOG JUDGE COLLIER ( WHO TAKES HIS MARCHING ORDERS FROM HOLMAN THE CORRUPT), will assure that Butts is convicted, whether he committed a criminal offense or not.
