If you have taken the opportunity to view the online docket at the Medina County Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas, you may very well have noticed that there is a dearth of defense pleadings displayed to the general public.
There is a very understandable reason for the significant omissions: the less-than honorable judges do not want the general public to have access to them so as to conceal their unethical and unlawful conduct under the color of law!
In the prior segment at this blog, you have seen a summary of the Defendant's Motion to Suppress, which YOU WILL NOT SEE PUBLISHED AT THE CLERK'S WEBSITE.
When the Founding Fathers formulated the provisions of the United States Constitution, they called for public trials to prevent the reign of tyranny.
The concept of a public trial extends to the pleadings in a criminal case, as well.
However, the less-than honorable judges of the Medina County Court of Common Pleas, who do not accept the United States Constitution as persuasive authority in any manner whatsoever, clearly hold to the position that WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW CAN'T HURT THEM!
It is patently obvious that TOTALLY CORRUPT JUDGE CHRISTOPHER COLLIER fears that the public, if aware of the law and cogent arguments of defense attorneys are available to the public for inspection, someone just might catch on to the fact that he is no more than a puppet for CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DINO HOLMAN!
The concept of a "Sunshine Law" is an anathema to these CORRUPT POLITICIANS, who prefer the the darkness to the light of day.
