The irony that presents here is that while CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR doggedly pursues a third trial in the case of the innocent man, whose case is profiled at this blog and whose two prior trials have been reversed for PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT, HOEMAN HAS CONCEALED AND COVERED UP EVIDENCE OF MURDER AND OTHER CRIMES.

Now, this bears no small amount of analysis and commentary. Readers will note that this Hinckley Police Report alleges, in part, INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER. Giving this language its plain and simple meaning, the taking of a human life is simply a MURDER, no matter the degree of culpability ascribed in law (outside of Medina County, that is).
Over and above the offense of INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER, the police report further alleges CRIMES OF MEDICAID FRAUD, WITNESS INTIMIDATION, PERJURY, OBSTRUCTING COURT ORDER, AND CONSPIRACY.
AN HONEST PROSECUTOR WOULD BE ALL OVER THIS REPORT, LIKE WHITE ON RICE.
NOT CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DINO HOEMAN.
IN FACT, THE BLOGGER HAS RECEIVED AN UNCONFIRMED REPORT THAT CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DINO HOEMAN HAS INSTRUCTED ONE OR MORE PUBLIC OFFICIALS TO "BURY" THIS POLICE REPORT.
WHY, MIGHT YOU THE READER ASK, WOULD DINO HOEMAN WANT TO BURY THIS POLICE REPORT?
THE ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION IS REALLY STRAIGHTFORWARD. THE ALLEGATIONS RAISED IN THIS HINCKLEY POLICE REPORT DERIVE FROM THE MASSIVE FRAUD SCHEME IN WHICH HOEMAN AND OTHER MEDINA COUNTY PUBLIC OFFICIALS AND JAGOFFS FROM THE MEDINA COUNTY BAR & PICKPOCKET ASSN. APPEAR TO BE INVOLVED.
