BETHANY DENTLER, MEDINA COUNTY DE FACTO "MAYOR," AND LAFAYETTE TOWSHIP TRUSTEE LINDA BOWERS NIX PROPOSAL TO BRING JOBS TO INNOVATION PARK !!!

DE FACTO MEDINA COUNTY "MAYOR" BETHANY DENTLER, EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE MEDINA COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT NON-CORPORATION, AND LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE LINDA BOWERS  HAVE NIXED A PROPOSAL TO BRING JOBS AND PERPETUAL TAX REVENUES TO INNOVATiON PARK!

THUS FAR, AS IT APPEARS TO THE BLOGGER, THE ONLY THING DENTLER HAS INNOVATED IS AN EFFECTIVE METHOD TO PISS AWAY TAXPAYER DOLLARS WITHOUT ANY ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL, OR SO IT SEEMS.

TODAY SOMEONE ASKED THE BLOGGER HOW IT WAS THAT HE WAS ABLE TO CLAIM THAT THE MEDINA COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY IS SUBORDINATE TO THE MEDINA COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT NON-CORPORATION.  THAT QUESTION IS EASILY ANSWERED.

A FEW MONTHS BACK, THE BLOGGER CALLED DENTLER'S OFFICE TO REQUEST THE FACTS AD FIGURES, SPECIFICALLY REVENUE IN AND REVENUE OUT, PERTAINING TO THE MEDINA COUNTY FIBER OPTIC NETWORK, ONE MORE WHORE'S NIGHTMARE THE BLOGGER HAS YET TO EXPOSE IN DEPTH.  DENTLER REFERRED THE BLOGGER TO DAVID CORRADO AT THE MEDINA COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY FOR THE NUMBERS.

THE BLOGGER PLACED A CALL TO CORRADO WHO INFORMED THE BLOGGER THAT DENTLER HAD THE NUMBERS.

AT PRESENT, IT APPEARS THAT NO ONE IS WILLING TO DISCLOSE ANY SUPPORTABLE NUMBERS, BUT THE BUCK-PASSING BETWEEN DENTLER AND CORRADO ON A SIMPLE MATTER SUCH AS THE FINANCIAL RECORDS OF THE MEDINA COUNTY FIBER OPTIC NETWORK CERTAINLY IMPLIES A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THESE TWO ENTITIES.

BACK TO THE PRIMARY THEME OF THIS BLOG, MR. GREGG DEPEW, ONE OF THE VICTIMS OF THE MASSIVE FRAUD SCHEME DETAILED AT THIS BLOG, ACTUALLY OFFERED A CASH BID ON THE FALLOW 60+ ACRES OTHERWISE KNOWN AS INNOVATION PARK.  MR. DEPEW SUBMITTED HIS LETTER OF INTENT AND DEALT DIRECTLY WITH THE "INSIDER" BROKER, THE SAME GUY WHO EXPECTS TO PROFIT TO THE TUNE OF TEN MILLION DOLLARS, THAT'S $10,000,000.00, DERIVED FROM THE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATION PARK.

MR. DEPEW INTENDS TO DIVIDE THE ACREAGE AND BUILD HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS ON THE PROPERTY, BRINGING CONSTRUCTION JOBS AND PERPETUAL TAX REVENUES TO MEDINA COUNTY.

MR. DEPEW HAS SINCE EXPERIENCED OBSTRUCTION OF HIS PROPOSAL COMING FROM "JERRY" THE "INSIDER" BROKER (WHO WILL CERTAINLY NOT PROFIT BY $10,000,000.00 FROM THE HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE 8% SURCHARGE ON CONSTRUCTION COSTS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION OF HOMES, PER THE SELLER'S AGREEMENT POSTED AT THE PRIOR POST).  BETHANY DENTLER AND LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE LINDA BOWERS HAVE ALSO VOWED TO BLOCK THE SALE TO MR. DEPEW.

IN FACT, LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE LINDA BOWERS EXPRESSLY STATED TO MR. DEPEW, "BUILDING HOMES DOES NOT CREATE JOBS!"

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT BOWERS IS ACTUALLY BRAIN DEAD?

MR. DEPEW RECEIVED AN EMAIL MESSAGE FROM AN ASSOCIATE OF "JERRY" THE "INSIDER" BROKER, REPRODUCED BELOW, THAT VIRTUALLY SHOUTS TO THE ISSUE OF MEDINA COUNTY PUBLIC CORRUPTION:





THE DISCLOSURES MADE IN THE EMAIL ARE PRETTY TELLING, AND PRETTY INCRIMINATING.

AS CAN BE SEEN FROM THE EMAIL MESSAGE, "JERRY" THE "INSIDER" BROKER IS CLAIMED TO HAVE MET WITH BETHANY DENTLER  AND LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE LINDA BOWERS WHO ALLEGEDLY ADOPT THE POSITION THAT DENTLER AND BOWERS " WILL NOT APPROVE [INNOVATION PARK] TO BE [RE-ZONED] TO RESIDENTIAL" . . . . AND "THE PARK WILL HAVE TO BE USED COMMERCIALLY PER ITS ZONING."

BETHANY DENTLER AND LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE APPARENTLY OBSTRUCT THE SALE OF INNOVATION PARK UNDER THE PRETENSE THAT THEY WILL NOT AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY TO MR. DEPEW BY REFUSING TO RE-ZONE INNOVATION PARK FOR RESIDENTIAL USE.

INTERESTINGLY, A REVIEW OF THE LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP WEBSITE, FOUND AT http://lafayettetownshipoh.tripod.com/id3.html , FAILS TO IDENTIFY DENTLER OR BOWERS AS MEMBERS OF THE LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION.

IN FACT, THE WEBSITE EXPRESSLY IDENTIFIES THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE TOWNSHIP'S ZONING COMMISSION:

BOTH DENTLER AND BOWERS ARE WITHOUT ANY LAWFUL AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE OR INFLUENCE THE DECISIONS OF THE LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION!

THERE IS, HOWEVER, A GLIMMER OF LIGHT ON THE HORIZON. MEDINA COUNTY COMMISSIONER PATRICIA GEISSMAN HAS OFFERED MR. DEPEW A FAIR HEARING ON THIS FIASCO AT THE NEXT COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S MEETING!

THE GOOD NEWS HERE IS THAT MRS. GEISSMAN IS APPARENTLY AN HONEST POLITICIAN.  SHE JOINS THE HONORABLE FORREST THOMPSON, WHOM THE BLOGGER CONSIDERS TO BE AN HONEST AND HONORABLE PUBLIC SERVANT, UNLIKE THE CROOKED BOOB WHO PRECEDED HIM IN OFFICE.

WITH THE ADDITION OF MRS. GEISSMAN, WE CAN NOW EMBRACE THE FACT THAT WE HAVE TWO HONEST PUBLIC SERVANTS IN OFFICE IN MEDINA COUNTY.  IT'S A START!

AFTER ALL IS SAID AND DONE, THE BLOGGER HAS TO WONDER WHAT'S IN IT FOR DENTLER AND BOWERS FOR OBSTRUCTING RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATION PARK, CERTAINLY NOT THE PUBLIC GOOD, CERTAINLY NOT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND CERTAINLY NOT AN INCREASE IN THE TAX BASE.

PERHAPS DENTLER AND BOWERS WOULD PREFER THE CONSTRUCTION OF A COAL-FIRED POWER PLANT ON THE PROPERTY ALONG WITH THE RIGHTS TO SELL COAL THERE!

IT'S ALL HARD TO FIGURE, ABSENT CONSIDERATION OF THE USUAL AND CUSTOMARY MEDINA COUNTY PUBLIC CORRUPTION!
