GREED OPERATES MEDINA COUNY GOVERNMENT WHERE ELECTED OFFICIALS ARE NO MORE THAN PAWNS IN A GAME OF MONOPOLY !!!!!

DO YOU THINK YOUR VOTE IN THE BALLOT BOX COUNTS FOR SELF-DETERMINATION IN THE SELECTION OF REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT HERE IN MEDINA COUNTY? IF SO, THINK AGAIN.

LOCAL "ELECTED" POLITICIANS ARE NOT SERVING THE PUBLIC INTERESTS, BUT RATHER THE MONIED INTERESTS, IN A REAL LIFE GAME OF  MONOPOLY.


THE MURDER OF LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE BRYON MACRON, COUPLED WITH SOME RECENT EVENTS CONCERNING THE PURPORTED "SALE" OF INNOVATION PARK, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "DENTLER'S ALBATROSS," AND THE MASSIVE FRAUD SCHEME HAS BROUGHT SHARPLY INTO FOCUS THE ONGOING CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE, MEDINA COUNTY SO-CALLED "GOVERNMENT."

THE MEDINA MOB INCLUDES ALL OF THESE SO-CALLED "ELECTED" PUBLIC OFFICIALS,  INCLUDING FORMER MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DINO HOE-MAN AND ALL THE JUDGES (INCLUDING "VISITING" JUDGES), PARTICULARLY PHILANDERING ILLEGITIMATE "jUDGE WEASELPECKER, THE VILLAGE IDIOT AND TOWN WHORE, WHO ARE NO MORE THAN DUTIFUL PAWNS OF MONIED INTERESTS WHO ACTUALLY CONTROL THE EXPENDITURES OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS IN MEDINA COUNTY FOR PERSONAL PROFIT AND GAIN.

THIS SHOULD BE A REAL EYE-OPENER TO RESIDENTS OF MEDINA COUNTY WHERE ORGANIZED CRIME CONTROLS THE FUNCTIONS OF SO-CALLED "LOCAL GOVERNMENT!

HOW MONIED INTERESTS MANIPULATE MEDINA COUNTY "GOVERNMENT" BY LAUNDERING PUBLIC ASSETS THROUGH THE MEDINA COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND THE MEDINA COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY


STARTING AT THE BEGINNING, MEDINA COUNTY TRUSTEES HAVE "DELEGATED" CERTAIN OTHERWISE GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES TO THE MEDINA COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WHICH, ACCORDING TO RECORDS OF THE OHIO SECRETARY OF STATE, IS NOT REGISTERED AS A CORPORATION IN THE STATE OF OHIO.

A COPY OF THE RECORD SEARCH OF THE DATABASE OF CORPORATIONS, MAINTAINED BY THE OHIO SECRETARY OF STATE, HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY PRESENTED IN A POST AT THIS BLOG, CAPTIONED MEDINA COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CORP., ANOTHER MEDINA REPUBLICRAT SCAM? AS IT TURNS OUT, THE BLOGGER HIT THAT NAIL DIRECTLY ON THE HEAD! ON THE BASIS OF AVAILABLE EVIDENCE, AS READERS WIIL SOON SEE, THE MEDINA COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION APPEARS TO BE NO MORE THAN A SCAM BY AND THROUGH WHICH INSIDER BIG MONEY INTERESTS CONTROL THE DISBURSEMENT OF PUBLIC MONIES FOR PERSONAL GAIN AND PROFIT!

EVIDENCE SUGGESTS THE MEDINA COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION APPEARS TO OPERATE THE MEDINA COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY AS A COLLATERAL ONGOING CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. THIS IS NOT TO DENIGRATE MEMBERS OF THE PORT AUTHORITY, BUT RATHER TO SUGGEST THAT CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS ARE SHIELDING THEIR QUESTIONABLE AND NEFARIOUS ACTIVITIES BY AND THROUGH THE AUSPICES OF THE PORT AUTHORITY.

NOW, NEITHER THE MEDINA COUNTY ECONOMIC CORPORATION (REALLY A NON-CORPORATION) NOR THE MEDINA COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO TAXPAYERS IN MEDINA COUNTY.  THAT, OF COURSE, IS A MAJOR PROBLEM IN A SO-CALLED "DEMOCRATIC" SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT!

THE MEDINA COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND THE MEDINA COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY ARE BOTH "ADMINISTERED" BY BETHANY DENTLER, THE DE FACTO "MAYOR" OF MEDINA COUNTY, WHO IS LIKEWISE NOT ACCOUNTABLE TO MEDINA COUNTY TAXPAYERS.  THIS IS ANOTHER MAJOR PROBLEM HERE IN MEDINA COUNTY SO-CALLED "GOVERNMENT." 


MEDINA COUNTY'S INNOVATION PARK, A MONUMENTAL FLOP AND A BURDEN TO MEDINA COUNTY TAXPAYERS, TURNS OUT TO BE A WINDFALL FOR MONIED PRIVATE INTERESTS COMPLIMENTS OF MEDINA COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND THE MEDINA COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY


AS THE BLOGGER UNDERSTANDS IT, MEDINA COUNTY PURCHASED A LARGE PLOT OF LAND, APPROXIMATELY 64 ACRES, MORE LESS, WITH TAXPAYER MONEY DEBITED FROM THE GENERAL FUND.  A SOURCE CLOSE TO ALL THIS REPORTS THAT THERE IS NO WAY OF KNOWING JUST HOW MUCH MEDINA COUNTY PAID FOR THE PROPERTY BECAUSE ALL OF THE SUPPORTING RECORDS HAVE NOT-SO-MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARED, A USUAL AND CUSTOMARY PRACTICE IN MEDINA COUNTY WHERE RECORDS DISAPPEAR OR ARE MATERIALLY ALTERED TO CONCEAL AND COVER UP MISCONDUCT AND UNLAWFUL CONDUCT.  

"WEASELPECKER" COLLIER'S UNLAWFUL PRACTICE OF MATERIALLY ALTERING COURT TRANSCRIPT, AS FAR BACK AS 2003, IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE.

THE PUBLICLY STATED PURPOSE FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE LAND WAS TO DEVELOP AN AREA FAVORABLE TO BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY TO MEDINA COUNTY, BRINGING JOBS, COMMERCE, AND AN INCREASE IN THE TAX BASE TO MEDINA COUNTY.  AS IT TURNS OUT, THE MEDINA COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION GAVE, AT NO COST, A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY TO THE AKRON UNIVERSITY THAT ULTIMATELY CONSTRUCTED A SATELLITE CAMPUS.  OTHERWISE, THERE HAS BEEN NO CONSTRUCTION, NO BUSINESS, NO COMMERCE, AND NO TAXES DERIVED FROM INNOVATION PARK IN THE LAST 15 YEARS.  

INNOVATION PARK, WHICH HAS COME TO BE KNOWN AS THE MEDINA ALBATROSS,
HAS TURNED OUT TO BE A MONUMENTAL FLOP FOR A WHOLE HOST OF REASONS.

GIVEN THE COMPLETE AND TOTAL LACK OF INTEREST IN ANY COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN INNOVATION PARK, BETHANY DENTLER, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE MEDINA COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, BY AND THROUGH THE SERVICES OF THE MEDINA COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY, HAS DECIDED TO "SELL" THE REMAINING 60+ ACRES IN INNOVATION PARK AT A MINIMUM COST OF $00.00.

YOU READ THAT RIGHT.  DENTLER IS GIVING AWAY 60+ ACRES OF PUBLIC LAND, PURCHASED WITH TAXPAYER MONEY, FOR FREE!

THAT IS BAD ENOUGH, BUT WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE THE CONDITIONS OF THE "SALE" OF 60+ ACRES OF FREE PUBLIC LAND.

BETHANY DENTLER HAS AGREED TO TACK ON A 6-8% SURCHARGE TO CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF ANY COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT AT INNOVATION PARK, TO BE CAPPED AT $10,000,000.00, PAYABLE TO THE INSIDER "BROKER."


INTERESTINGLY, THE INSIDER "BROKER" IS EXPECTED TO PROFIT BY AN ESTIMATED $250,000.00 PREMISED UPON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED $3 MILLION LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP FIRE STATION.  WHAT A SWEET DEAL FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT FOR KNOWING THE "RIGHT" PEOPLE!


TEN MILLION DOLLARS ($10,000,000.00) IS QUITE A WINDFALL REWARD TO AN INSIDER FOR GIVING AWAY 60+ ACRES OF PUBLIC LAND.  THAT IS CERTAINLY MUCH MORE THAN A "SWEETHEART" DEAL!

WHAT THE BLOGGER WANTS TO KNOW IS, HOW DOES A GUY GET IN ON A PIECE OF THIS RACKET?  YOU CAN BE SURE THAT THESE MEDINA COUNTY POLITICIANS KNOW THE ANSWER, BUT THEY'RE NOT TALKING, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS,
