HELP WANTED !!!

It has recently occurred to the blogger that it is time to give HOLMAN'S LAPDOG, ILLEGITIMATE MEDINA jUDGE CHRISTOPHER CALAFATO-COLLIER a big send-off . . . TO FEDERAL PRISON.

The blogger has developed a body of information and evidence that LAPDOG COLLIER and his court reporter DONNA "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" GARRITY have been altering "official" transcripts for at least the last ten years.

Here is where you, the reader, can help to give LAPDOG COLLIER and "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" GARRITY the big send-off they so richly deserve.

If you or a loved one had the misfortune to appear in LAPDOG COLLIER'S KANGAROO COURTROOM NO. 1, there is a high degree of probability that LAPDOG COLLIER and GARRITY have altered the transcript(s).

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

Because LAPDOG COLLIER is nothing short of an ill-mannered ignorant buffoon, he has a proclivity for making rude, insulting, and intemperate remarks in the courtroom which routinely violate the canons of the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct.  In an attempt to avoid complaints of his improper conduct to the Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel, which might otherwise be well-founded, GARRITY alters the transcript at the direction of  COLLIER so that the evidence of LAPDOG'S indiscretions has simply vanished.

In other instances when LAPDOG COLLIER comes to realize he has committed reversible error, which would lead the Court of Appeals to reverse a conviction based upon his misconduct at trial, he edits the transcripts, changing the testimony and deleting other passages of testimony, all of which are intended to deprive the appellant of a fair hearing on appeal after being railroaded by COLLIER at trial.

GARRITY delays the production of the transcripts for one or both of the following reasons:
1) to give LAPDOG COLLIER time to review, edit, and change the transcripts, and
2) to permit the passage of time, under the mistaken impression that people will forget just what  MORON COLLIER said and did in his KANGAROO COURTROOM NO. 1.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Please carefully review any transcripts of any and all proceedings held before LAPDOG COLLIER and look for all of the insulting and degrading remarks that COLLIER directed at you or a loved one.  You will likely find that they have simply vanished from the transcript.

Look also where the flow of the transcript is disjointed or where the alleged testimony appears to be out of context and makes no sense.  Those are the places where COLLIER has made unlawful changes to the transcript.

Please take note of the places in the transcript where improper changes/deletions/additions have been made.

Each tampered transcript represents a separate charge in COLLIER'S and GARRITY'S indictments.
