MEDINA COUNTY AUDITOR MICHAEL KOVACK ON THE ROPES ? NOT SO FAST !

Medina County Auditor MICHAEL KOVACK, another Medina County Republicrat living off your tax dollars is reported to be "under investigation" by DINO HOEMAN'S  BEST BUD, ERIE COUNTY PROSECUTOR KEVIN BAXTER.

Readers can be assured that HOEMAN and BAXTER will apply  thick coat of whitewash to shield KOVACK from any consequences of any "inadvertent mistakes" KOVACK may have made as a "public servant."

Interestingly, some while ago, a reader of this blog sent along the following message:
Isn't it time to investigate Michael Kovack too? He's the ELECTED Medina County Auditor that I've been contacting for YEARS to report an inaccurate property appraisal. I owned a home in Medina from 2002 until 2008 and it had a full finished basement but the appraisal showed an unfinished basement. He totally ignored this issue and therefore, taxes were UNDERpaid. This is total incompetence and he should be booted! He's also very arrogant and obviously not doing his job.
Not surprisingly, employees in the Auditor's Office arrived at the same conclusion. specifically that KOVACK  is not doing his job, at least legally.

The blogger has learned that some of KOVACK'S employees became discontent that KOVACK had been engaging in unethical, and allegedly illegal activities under the color of his office.  Those employees, under the mistaken impression that there is some modicum of integrity in the Medina County "JUSTUS" system, are reported to have turned over certain evidence to the Medina County Sheriff's Office for "investigation," as if the Sheriff's Office is capable of conducting anything more than a 36 minute "investigation."

The blogger has been told that one of the illustrious sheriff's "detectives" placed the onus on KOVACK'S employees to conduct the investigation and report back.  Now that is some top-shelf work typical of the Medina County Sheriff's Office.

The Medina County Sheriff, apparently afraid to enforce the law against on of the local Republicrats,
promptly turned over the allegations to HOEMAN for his "investigation."

Typically, HOEMAN took no action to "investigate" KOVACK, his Republicrat buddy, until the County Commissioners sent a letter to HOEMAN requesting him to look into KOVACK'S activities.

Oh me, Oh my.  What was HOEMAN to do?  How to go about sweeping the indiscretions of one of his Republicrat best buddies under the rug?

Given the fact that one hand washes the other among Medina Republicrats, the only thing HOEMAN could do was call upon his other best bud, sleazy Erie County Prosecutor KEVIN BAXTER.  HOEMAN and BAXTER call upon each other when they want to protect their cronies and sweep certain "indiscretions" (crimes) under the rug.

True to form, and resorting to his usual and customary practice, HOEMAN has called upon his best bud BAXTER to "investigate" his other best bud COUNTY AUDITOR MIKE KOVACK.

READERS CAN BE ASSURED THAT THIS ALLEGED "INVESTIGATION" OF KOVACK BY THE HOEMAN/BAXTER TEAM WILL GO ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE.  GIVEN THE COMPLETE LACK OF INTEGRITY IN THE MEDINA COUNTY "JUSTUS" SYSTEM, READERS CANNOT EXPECT OTHERWISE.

The blogger has learned of a general letter that KOVACK had sent to his staff in the Auditor's Office.  Readers should really enjoy the irony of KOVACK'S letter to his employees, as did the blogger.  In his letter, KOVACK admonished his staff, after watching a Smokey the Bear commercial, "ONLY YOU CAN STAMP OUT POLITICAL CORRUPTION IN MEDINA COUNTY."

Well, Mike, here's a proposal to stamp out political corruption in Medina County, for starters:
1)  Fess up and admit your misdeeds;
2)  Take what's rightfully coming to you;
3)  Resign your Office;
4)  Testify against your corrupt Republicrat buddies.

NOW THERE IS A STRAIGHTFORWARD APPROACH AS A BEGINNING TO THE PROBLEM OF ADDRESSING POLITICAL CORRUPTION IN MEDINA COUNTY !!!

  1. What can be done about this guy? Heard from an ex-employee that he fired that he has been fixing property values for years--everything done under these "Informal Hearings". How can Baxter & Holman keep looking the other way? Heard also from this ex-employee that no evidence has been seized from his office--how can you conduct a fair investigation if nothing is being looked at?
