To set the stage, AUDITOR MIKE has been issued a laptop computer, the property of Medina County.  AUDITOR MIKE was issued the computer with the reasonable expectation that he would use the Medina County computer for Medina County business, and nothing more.

Given the fact that this is the computer age, and much business is conducted via computer, AUDITOR MIKE employs an IT Specialist on his staff.   That makes perfectly good business sense.

There came a time that AUDITOR MIKE'S MEDINA COUNTY COMPUTER WAS SO INFECTED BY COMPUTER VIRUSES THAT HE COULD NOT OPEN THE OPERATING SYSTEM.

Readers can rest assured that those computer viruses did not come from analyzing spreadsheets and balance sheets pertaining to Medina County official business.

AUDITOR MIKE, who apparently had an urgent need to communicate with some of those "hot babes" at MATCH.COM, was reduced to seeking the help of his IT Specialist to effect the necessary repairs and to get his laptop in good working order.t

AUDITOR MIKE'S IT Specialist plunged in, did her magic, and, voila, AUDITOR MIKE'S official Medina County computer was once again up and running.

As the story goes, AUDITOR MIKE'S IT Specialist concluded that his official Medina County computer had acquired a number of computer viruses during repeated visits to RUSSIAN PORN WEBSITES.

After having repaired AUDITOR MIKE'S official Medina County laptop, the IT Specialist reported her findings to AUDITOR MIKE, including the fact that his computer was LOADED WITH RUSSIAN PORN.

AUDITOR MIKE. apparently quick on his feet, decided to "man up" to the obvious indiscretions.

WHERE WAS AUDITOR MIKE WHEN ALL THIS WAS ALLEGEDLY GOING ON, OUT ON A DATE WITH ONE OF THOSE "HOT BABES" FROM MATCH.COM?

EVEN IF ONE WERE INCLINED TO BELIEVE THIS PREPOSTEROUS EXCUSE, WHY DIDN'T AUDITOR MIKE DELETE THE FILES FROM THE RUSSIAN PORN WEBSITES FROM HIS OFFICIAL MEDINA COUNTY LAPTOP WHEN HE FOUND THEM?

THAT'S A PRETTY GLARING HOLE IN AUDITOR MIKE'S WILD EXCUSE!

FURTHER, AUDITOR MIKE EMPLOYED THE SERVICES OF A MEDINA COUNTY EMPLOYEE, ON COUNTY TIME AND BEING PAID BY TAXPAYERS, TO ADDRESS HIS PERSONAL FAUX PAS !  WHERE IS THE VALUE TO MEDINA COUNTY CITIZENS THERE?
