Ethics sent a new packet do to a recent filing in court.  I also have the disks from the auditor's computer namely the files containing how he has devalued real estate AFTER the computer factors it.  Almost 33,000 of these are on there. A large amount of brand new homes in Wadsworth are listed in poor condition to drop them down [in taxable value].  Numerous people in Hinckley with CAUV that do not even qualify.  Evidence of conducting outside audits under ORC then changing the values after the fact to keep the "books" straight as to not draw attention.  It appears 4 employees are double dipping, Nancy and Joan are 2, about 40 hrs a week the staff is of premise doing charity work while on the clock, driving logs being submitted for campaigning.  Please look at ORC 319.26.  This code will remove an Auditor, I think ethics will look at this as an example of how ineffective they are as a policing agency and not be motivated to recharge him after the fact.  Very few things are actually ethics violations.  Bill Gross and I talked as well as Sherry Grey at State Auditor, and also the Investigator.  This is tax evasion and theft in office issues, Contact Ms. Grey and she will tell you I am preparing a brief for her that will be done next week outline the tax evasion tactics with examples being employed with rough estimates of the fraud.  These tax codes are criminal when Holeman is aware and also obstructs.  Again, look at orc 319.26, ethics will get a complaint, but I don't expect much from them, under 319.26 we will know something in 10 days.  Also meeting FBI this week to turn over Huff's report, the CDs and some other stuff and file a govt corruption complaint on Kovack Richter Thorne Karis and Holeman at the recommendation of FBI due to these being capital assets that result in federal tax evasion.

THIS, BY THE WAY, IS THE SAME COUNTY COMMISSIONER ADAM FRIEDRICK WHO CENSORS  COMMISSIONERS' MEETINGS TO PREVENT ANY PUBLIC OPEN AND FREE EXPRESSION DRAWING ANY FURTHER ATTENTION TO THE MASSIVE FRAUDS SCHEME AND THE ATTENDANT PUBLIC CORRUPTION ENDEMIC IN MEDINA COUNTY GOVERNMENT.
