WHO, OTHER THAN CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DINO HOEMAN AND ILLEGITIMATE MEDINA judge LAPDOG "PUBLIUS" COLLIER, HAD REASON TO OBSTRUCT PRODUCTION OF SUBPOENAED RECORDS FROM INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS???

After Acknowledging Being Served With Defense Subpoenas Duces Tecum,

Which Attempted to Identify “Publius” and His “Sockpuppets,”  Multiple Internet Service Providers Failed to Provide the Subpoenaed Documents to the Defense,

Suggesting that Their Responses Were Unlawfully Diverted.

Mr. Hartman’s defense team served subpoenas on various Internet Service Providers in an attempt to obtain proof identifying “Publius” and his various “sockpuppets.”  The defense team served subpoenas on the following Internet Service Providers:

AOL Online Services

Craigslist

Frontier Communications

Google

Microsoft Online Services

Yahoo

None of the above-identified Internet Service Providers complied with production of materials subject to subpoena, which is highly unusual.  It is obvious that someone in a position of authority interfered with production of the subpoenaed information to impede the Defense efforts to obtain proof concerning the identification of “Publius.”

Copies of the subpoenas served upon the above-named Internet Service Providers are attached as Exhibit Thirty-Four.

LET'S EXAMINE THE TRUE FACTS ! 

UPON ISSUANCE OF THE SUBPOENAS TO THE ABOVE-NAMED INTERNET SERVICES PROVIDERS, CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DINO HOEMAN FILED A MOTION TO QUASH THE SUBPOENAS.  WHY DO YOU, THE READERS, SUPPOSE THAT HOEMAN DID NOT WANT THE TRUE IDENTITY OF "PUBLIUS" DISCOVERED BY THE DEFENSE?  SOMETHING TO HIDE?

THE MOTION TO QUASH  WAS DENIED.  THAT, OF COURSE, DID NOT STOP THE DOMESTIC TERRORISTS OVER AT THE MEDINA COUNTY COURTHOUSE, MOSQUE, AND RAILROAD STATION.  THE ABOVE-LISTED INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS NEVER PRODUCED THE SUBPOENAED RECORDS.

ONCE AGAIN, THE STRONG ODOR OF FISH IS WAFTING OUT OF THE MEDINA COUNTY COURTHOUSE, MOSQUE, AND RAILROAD STATION.

BEST GUESS IS THAT LAPDOG "PUBLIUS" COLLIER WHIPPED UP A SHAM ORDER OBSTRUCTING THE PRODUCTION OF THE SUBPOENAED RECORDS, ONE MORE CRIME UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO.
