MR. DEPEW HAS CALLED UPON AUDITOR MICHAEL KOVACK TO RESIGN AND HAS CALLED UPON THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, WHO HAVE THUS FAR BEEN DUCKING AND DODGING THE ISSUE OF PUBLIC CORRUPTION AND RELATED ORGANIZED CRIME ACTIVITIES BY PUBLIC OFFICIALS, TO REQUEST AN INVESTIGATION BY THE OHIO ORGANIZED CRIME INVESTIGATION COMMISSION INTO THE ORGANIZED CRIME ACTIVITIES OF MEDINA COUNTY "PUBLIC OFFICIALS" INCLUDING, BUT NOT NECESSARILY LIMITED TO, CORRUPT MEDINA COUNTY PROSECUTOR DINO HOEMAN, THE "GODFATHER" OF MEDINA ORGANIZED CRIME AND COUNTY AUDITOR MICHAEL KOVACK.

On September 11, 2009 at a jobsite that I had drilled a water
well and several geothermal wells an incident had occurred. The house had a fire in the garage and a
drill rig on site had allegedly been damaged.
The HPD report found I had nothing to do with either incident. My attorney Larry Courtney obtained insurance
records, public tax records, OBWC filings, and State Agent listings and found
serious issues in ownership, tax valuations and employee filings. These records were turned over to HPD. HPD and Courtney then sent them to the Medina
Treasurer for an opinion.
On October 1, 2010, a hearing was held before Judge Collier
with the Medina Treasurer and Prosecutor Thorne in attendance. The person claiming to be the owner of the
drill rig in Hinckley was attempting to put an injunction on me citing it was
omitted from an agreement made in a civil mediation. Several motions between parties just prior
and on October 1, directly show tampering of evidence and falsified tax
values. These issues were brought up in
the hearing and I personally heard Thorne say very clearly from a seat several
rows behind me “that is perjury” when the plaintiff stated his tax values were
correct. Numerous contradicting
statements were made by the plaintiff, and a cease and desist letter from ODH
was presented by Drew Hibinger also.
In late 2010, I was questioned at the Medina Sheriff’s
Office and was accompanied by the HPD Detective before then acting Sheriff
Hassinger, who stated that he wanted to arrest me for being part of a Court
Case that resulted in an agreement to conceal fraudulent real estate
transactions and hide cash probate accounts from tax authorities. A report was made and investigative material
gathered and sent to Dean Holman on this matter in early 2011. The first person to be brought before Holman
was Courtney and he failed to appear.
The report has been suspended. A
recent public records request at the MCSO was denied as the report is being
held at the detective office.
Prior to attending the Sheriff meeting I attempted to obtain
the transcripts of the October 1st hearing from Medina Court
Reporters and I was told by Donna Garrity that Dean Holman and Larry Courtney
had edited the transcripts removing 72 pages of testimony to conceal equipment
tax issues, ownership issues, etc.
The Treasurer sent several emails to the MCPO that would
ultimately lead to an audit by Ohio Dept. of Tax. Records obtained from the Treasurer’s Office
show all the records he obtained from HPD, Courtney and myself were sent to the
MCPO to assist tax auditors.
In April 2012, I again was brought before the Court and a
second restraining order was being sought against me. I retained Steve Bailey as I was aware he
represented my late father in a divorce and was personally aware of what my
father’s assets were. Again several
motions were passed between parties that would eliminate the witnesses against
me to the HPD and the Medina Auditor. I
personally questioned the Auditor and he never denied any involvement and
downplayed the whole issue and simply stated he can’t be in Court with his
ex-wife presiding do to conflicts. As
mentioned before the HPD cleared me of the incident with the rig, (that Ohio
Tax was actively looking for to valuate), and I had moved the Court for the
Detective to appear. Bailey was furious
for Huff being present and made numerous statements before Huff about the cases
and Holman being in contact with Bailey about them. At no point in time did Bailey allow Huff to
testify that I was cleared of wrong doing or any investigations Huff was aware
of ongoing. The Auditor’s first person
statements to the Petitioner were admitted and upheld as evidence and Bailey
nor the Auditor have ever refuted or objected to them. “The Auditor called me an alerted me of a tax

In late 2012 Huff filed another report with this latest
round of information that was sent to BCI&I. Huff nor the HPD will release any status on
the numerous felony charges, and on 7-23-15 the HPD denied a record request
until a Grand Jury has released its findings. *

On 7-6-2015 I received an email from Ohio Dept. of Tax Chief
Council who has reviewed the results of a 6-30-15 hearing and found the Auditor
has violated ORC and is subject to a fine and job termination for his role in
releasing confidential information in regards to a tax audit that result in me
being damaged by have a restraining order placed on me.
I recently obtained a notarized set of emails from the
Auditor’s office that show Prosecutor Shockley, and the Auditor’s Office had
knowledge from 2007 that Ohio Tax deemed these issues “inheritance”. To this day the Auditor’s Office has never
notified anyone in Probate of the equipment or real estate causing state and
federal tax issues to exist.
I was recently made aware that your office was involved in
reporting the Auditor for an ethics violation that resulted in Holman recusing
himself and the Auditor being represented by Bailey’s law firm. Bailey never disclosed this conflict during
my proceedings and Huff is a witness to the fact and statements of Bailey
admitting he was involved with Holman about matters that would have implicated
the Auditor in 2012.
I am asking your Office to seek the OCIC to appoint a task
force to investigate the Auditor’s Office for corruption and political
influence, as it appears Holman, the Auditor, and Bailey may have conspired
together to hide the Auditor’s involvement and buried police reports that are
criminal that would clear me from fraudulent claims that are being used to
commit tax evasion and conceal large devaluations being committed and left unresolved
at the MCAO.
