Shown below is the NINETEENTH installment of the MOTION TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE ON THE GROUNDS OF PROSECUTORIAL AND JUDICIAL BAD FAITH AND MISCONDUCT, which LAPDOG "PUBLIUS" COLLIER and the Republicrats at the Medina County Courthouse, Mosque & Railroad Station do not want you, the citizens, to see.  You can cross-reference any exhibits to the List of Exhibits by "CLICKING" on the link shown directly below "PAGES" at the upper right-hand corner of the web page:

L.  The Corrupted Transcript Demonstrates an Obvious Gap and

Deletion of A Portion of the Trial Testimony of Steven Hartman.

Mr. Steven Hartman, the brother of Defendant, testified for the defense in Defendant’s trial before Judge Collier.  The corrupted transcript demonstrates an undeniable gap in his testimony on direct examination, demonstrating that Judge Collier deliberately deleted a Portion of Steven’s testimony from the record.
An obvious gap within and deletion of the testimony of Steven Hartman, given on direct examination, is found at Pages 506-507 of the deliberately corrupted transcript:

25        A.                    Yes

This verbatim reproduction from the corrupted transcript of the testimony of Steven Hartman unquestionably points to a deliberate gap and deletion of his trial testimony.
Judge Collier deliberately deleted Steven Hartman’s exculpatory trial testimony that Matthew’s target revolver (State’s Exhibit One) was his favorite target revolver; that Matthew always took his target revolver when he went outdoors afield; and that Matthew always took his target revolver outdoors for the specific purposes of “target shooting, plinking, and varmint hunting.”
Steven Hartman has provided an affidavit averring that his exculpatory testimony has been deleted from the corrupted trial transcript.  A copy of Steven Hartman’s affidavit, with Pages 506-507 from the corrupted transcript attached, is appended hereto as Exhibit Nineteen.
