H.  Defense Counsel Impeached Telatko at Trial

With His Actual Suppression Testimony.

Defense counsel further memorialized Deputy Telatko’s actual testimony, when she impeached him with his suppression testimony, which Judge Collier later deleted from the “official” transcript.  The following is taken from Page 369 of the corrupted transcript:

Q.        All right.  And October 9^th, when you testified, do you remember being asked this question and giving the answer?

“What did you arrest him for?”

And you said, “I don’t know,” you wanted to take him into custody and sort it out later?

THE BLOGGER NEVER SAID THAT LAPDOG COLLIER WAS A SMART CRIMINAL, BUT RATHER A STUPID CRIMINAL.  EVEN THOUGH LAPDOG COLLIER SPENT AN ENTIRE YEAR ALTERING THE TRANSCRIPT, HE FAILED TO REMOVE EVERY TRACE OF HIS UNLAWFUL MATERIAL ALTERATIONS, AS SHOWN ABOVE BY THE IMPEACHMENT OF TELATKO AT TRIAL.
