Other Irregularities Consistent With Tampering.

Matthew Hartman’s first trial, before Judge Collier, commenced on November 9, 2009.  Volumes I and II of the transcript, in which Judge Collier materially altered the trial testimony of witnesses, were incorrectly dated.  The very first page of the corrupted trial transcript is incorrectly captioned:

COMMENCING NOVEMBER 9, 2010

Similarly, Page 15 of Volume I of the corrupted trial transcript bears the same incorrect caption, “PROCEEDINGS –November 10, 2010” (in fact November 10, 2009 was the second day of trial).

A copy of the misdated title page of Volume I of the corrupted transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit Twenty.

Moreover, the content of the corrupted volumes of the transcript were not indexed in the court reporter’s accompanying Word Index.

 IT TOOK LAPDOG "PUBLIUS" COLLIER A FULL YEAR TO ALTER THIS TRANSCRIPT.  EVEN SO, HE OVERLOOKED A FEW DETAILS, SHOWN ABOVE, IN SPITE OF ALL THE TIME HE TOOK TO MAKE THE MATERIAL ALTERATIONS.  HE WON'T BE WORKING AT NASA ON THE LUNAR LANDER PROJECT ANY TIME SOON.
