K.  The Corrupted Transcript Demonstrates an Obvious

Deletion of the Testimony of Roy “Al” Leighton.

The corrupted transcript of the cross-examination of Mr. Leighton terminates abruptly at Page 265, in the middle of an unfinished line of questioning by defense counsel.  Moreover, the transcript of Mr. Leighton’s cross-examination terminates abruptly without defense counsel’s usual and customary, “I have no further questions.”

The corrupted transcript reflects that the purported end of defense counsel’s cross-examination of Mr. Leighton ends thusly:

Q.        All right.  If that’s not the case, then we have to look at a different set of facts.  I think you’ll agree with that?

A.        I guess.

It is obvious that defense counsel continued to cross-examine Mr. Leighton concerning “a different set of facts.”  Judge Collier has deliberately deleted defense counsel’s cross-examination and Mr. Leighton’s and his testimony exculpatory to Mr. Hartman from the transcript.  This gap is also obvious because Ms. Cramer was questioning Leighton, but the Court responds to assistant prosecuting attorney Salisbury.  The transcript is missing the shift between Ms. Cramer’s cross-examination and Salisbury’s redirect.

A copy Page 265 taken from the corrupted transcript of the testimony given by Mr. Leighton is appended hereto as Exhibit Eighteen. 

PRESTO! LAPDOG "PUBLIUS" COLLIER MADE THE TESTIMONY ABOUT ANOTHER "SET OF FACTS" JUST DISAPPEAR INTO THIN AIR, LIKE HE AND HIS MAIN SQUEEZE DONNA "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" GARRITY HAVE DONE FOR THE PAST ELEVEN YEARS.
