MEDINA COUNTY RAILROAD ENGINEERED BY DEAN HOLMAN COUNTY PROSECUTOR

The kingpin of the political grime at the Medina County Courthouse is none other than County Prosecutor Dean Holman (pronounced Hole - Man).  As in most Ohio counties, the county prosecutor wields a lot of political clout, likely because of publicity in local newspapers.  Medina County is no exception to this general rule.

Dino, of course, is not shy about flexing his political muscle, as is evident in the current state of affairs in the Medina County system of injustice.  Dino is, you see, the figurative pimp of the courthouse and the judges who dance to his tune are arguably Dino's prostitutes.

Dino has no interest in justice but rather in railroading those persons charged with criminal offenses, regardless of obvious innocence.  Dino and his criminal assistants Scott Salisbury (herinafter known as Scott Sleazebury for obvious reasons) and Matthew Mustafah Razavi (a little Arab with bad hair plugs) lack the capacity to critically review deputies' reports and to determine whether or not, in fact, a person arrested actually violated the law.  If a poorly trained sheriff's deputy makes a bad arrest, lacking probable cause, it's good enough for Dino, Sleazebury, and Mustafah, in spite of the facts.

What is most telling about this is Dino's very own self-serving mission statement, found at his website at http://www.medinacountyprosecutor.com/.

Here is a direct quote taken from Dino's website:

"The goal of the Medina County Prosecutor's Office is to seek justice for victims of crime and punishment for defendants who are indicted for committing criminal offenses. Our goal also is to provide good legal representation to county and township officials so that the people of Medina County are well served." -Dean Holman, Medina County Prosecutor


You  will note that Dino pledges to seek punishment, not justice, "for defendants who are INDICTED for committing criminal offenses."  This is no Freudian slip.


As far as Dino, Sleazebury, and Mustafah are concerned, anyone who is indicted by the grand jury is presumed guilty of the offense and will be punished.  Never mind a fair trial and conviction by an untainted jury.  Dino and his criminal assistants have that in the bag since they control the judges.


Just what has happened to the Constitutionally guaranteed presumption of innocence in Medina County? The citizens of Medina County are hardly well-served by the abrogation of Constitutional safeguards.


So, your elected prosecutor, Dino Hole-man is interested only in punishing indicted defendants! Judges like COLLIER, who prostitute themselves out of self-interest, simply go along with the program and deny defendants their constitutional protections in order to accomplish the publicly stated agenda of Dino Hole-Man!
