Following the celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday, the occasion on which Christians give thanks the Lord for all of the blessings of the past year, did you give PRAISE TO ALLAH?
Given the fact that you are given to the practice of Muslim Sharia Law in the courtroom, I assume you are a Muslim or, at the very least, a Muslim sympathizer. Surely, you are not a proponent of Christianity, which asserts that all men are the beneficiaries of certain inalienable GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS that you deny to the citizens of Medina County.
I've come to wonder what it is like to be a POLITICAL HARLOT. Having had no such personal experience, I turn to you for the answers. You are surely more than qualified to answer them.
I certainly understand that this is merely a rhetorical exercise, since you do not have the courage to honestly face your own great failings of character. I cannot expect you to admit them to me or anyone else.
I am curious, however, about what it is like to violate the provisions of the United States Constitution and the rulings of the United States Supreme Court on daily basis.
I often wonder what it is like to have no reasonable level of self-esteem, to the point that you have to answer to someone like SALISBURY when you misapply the law and deny citizens their constitutional rights.
I am curious as to what it is like to take your marching orders from HOLMAN and SALISBURY.
I am curious what it is like to deny innocent citizens fair trials, as is your custom.
I wonder what it is like to conceal and cover up felony violations of law committed by Salisbury in proceedings in your courtroom?
Did you think you would get away with it forever? Apparently so!
Then too, I wonder what it is like for you to hide and withhold favorable evidence from defendants, for the sake of endearing yourself to HOLMAN and SALISBURY, even if it is contrary to law.
I often wonder what it is like, as the MEDINA HARLOT, what you feel, if anything, when you sentence innocent citizens to prison, when you know they are innocent, just to satisfy HOLMAN and SALISBURY, solely for the sake of maintaining your uncontested seat on the bench of the Medina County Court of Common Pleas.
In a related matter, I've wondered what it is like to have sold you soul to the DEVIL, just to keep your uncontested seat on the bench.
What is it like to look in the mirror every morning, knowing that you possess neither honesty nor integrity?
Just what is it like to lack any semblance of character?
I wonder if you have ever thought about your CREATOR and His Divine Justice, or do you believe that ALLAH is not your creator?
What do you suppose will be your fate when you meet ALLAH on the day of your final judgment? Do you expect that you'll be greeted by 72 virgins on the other side?
Do you expect ALLAH to be merciful to you when you have denied justice to so many in this life?
Just what is it like for you to wait for Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation to come calling? There is little doubt that they are coming, given the connection between key players in the Cuyahoga County corruption investigation and Medina County politicians.
Also, I wonder what you are going to say to the jury when you are on trial in Federal Court for your pivotal role in the political corruption in the Medina Courts.
How are you going to explain that you never faced an honest, uncontested election?
How are you going to explain that you never formed a campaign committee or never expended one thin dime in campaign spending?
How are you going to explain that you never had a concern about facing any opposition in any Medina County General Election, as the evidence clearly shows?
How are you going to explain the fact that you have consistently ruled against defendants, in spite of the law, particularly when defense attorneys have briefed you on the law and Salisbury has never written a brief or cited to the case law?
I fear that, in your arrogance, you, HOLMAN, and SLEAZEBURY have become more than a little sloppy. The tale will all be told in the records, and the witnesses whom you have abused for these many long years.
How are you going to explain away all the intentionally errant rulings, documented by the records, always made in favor of HOLMAN an SLEAZEBURY?
When confronted with all of the competent, probative evidence against you, do you believe a Federal jury will believe that you made a series of innocent "mistakes," time, after time, after time; year, after year, after year?
Then too, "judge," who will be making your mortgage payments while you are serving YOUR SENTENCE in the Federal Penitentiary?
Will your family have to live in Section 8 housing, as you've forced families of innocent persons you have unlawfully convicted to do?
It is a humbling experience to be caught in crime, isn't it?
I'll bet that, like most REAL CRIMINALS, the only remorse you will demonstrate to your sentencing judge is the sorrow you feel for yourself, having been caught in the act!
NO NEED TO REPLY "judge," SINCE YOU WILL BE VERY BUSY SCHEMING WITH SALISBURY AS TO HOW TO CONVICT THE NEXT INNOCENT CITIZEN AND HIDE ANY FAVORABLE EVIDENCE TENDING TO SHOW THAT THE ACCUSED DID NOT COMMIT THE CHARGED OFFENSE. HOWEVER, NOT TO WORRY. I AM CERTAIN THAT HOLMAN AND SALISBURY WILL FIGURE IT OUT FOR YOU. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS RULE IN THEIR FAVOR, DESPITE THE LAW, AND GO ALONG FOR THE RIDE. RIGHT "judge"?
Your fatal failing, and fatal it is, was making the basic assumption that everyone who sits in trial in your courtroom is not quite as clever as you think you are. Well, you have been in obvious error, once again. You have simply chosen, on a recent occasion, to deprive the wrong innocent citizen of constitutional protections.
It is true, as they say, that the Lord works in strange and mysterious ways! Had you not railroaded this innocent individual, you and your corrupt conduct may very well have not come to my attention. But, here we are! We both recognize, you and I, just how really corrupt you really are.
Therein lies your dilemma. You've always known how corrupt you have been. But, once I discovered the level of your complete corruption, it's added a totally new and unforeseen complication, hasn't it?
There's no longer anywhere to hide, "judge."
You made a big mistake when you railroaded an innocent person to prison when there were others in the courtroom who knew significantly more about the law and the Rules of Evidence than you expected. Arrogance can do that to you!
Whenever you committed an intentional error, contrary to the law and the Rules of Evidence, not a bit of it went unnoticed, including the criminal conduct of Salisbury, which you aided and abetted.
In fact, I took immediate notice when you committed your very public criminal act and I knew, then and there, that you were COMPLETELY CORRUPT! I also recognized, then and there, that the defendant had not one chance in hell of receiving a fair trial.
So it was to be! You could have avoided all that is coming your way, had you just acted honestly and honorably. That, however, is not your nature, is it "judge"?
You can be assured that I intend to attend your arraignment and trial in Federal Court, where you will be treated fairly. Sadly, you won't be treated in Federal Court the way you have abused innocent citizens in Medina County.
But then again, honest judges, unlike you, have reverence for the U.S. Constitution and respect for the law. You have demonstrated, time and again, that you lack both. That may very well be no small part of the reason you have been so easily bribed and corrupted by HOLMAN.
Yes, "judge," you will be leaving behind quite a legacy in your wake, a legacy of crime and corruption, perpetrated by you and others, including HOLMAN, who have violated the law in the name of the Law! You have been motivated to do these unconscionable things simply out of personal expedience, with absolutely no regard for justice.
I am confident that these matters are of no consequence to you because YOU ARE COMPLETELY IMMORAL!
YOU ARE A CORRUPT, PATHETIC SOUL, INDEED, "judge"!
