A PLAINTIVE APPEAL FROM SALISBURY!

Assistant Medina County prosecutor SCOTT SALISBURY a/k/a SLEAZBURY (for obvious reasons) has made a plaintive appeal to this blog in a posting at Craig's List.  Here is Salisbury's appeal:

Autistic child (Grow some nuts)

Date: 2010-11-16, 4:24PM EST

So why don't you grow a pair and have something to say to my face? Why hide behind a message board? So there is no part of you that doesn't think to yourself "Wow this is someones life I am screwing with"? What did I ever do to you to deserve this, that is all I would like to know please. I answered your questions so why can't you grow a set and answer me?

THERE IT IS.   ACTUALLY ALL SLEAZEBURY IS REALLY TRYING TO DO IS TO PLACE THE AUTHOR.  NICE TRY SCOTTY.  ALL IN DUE TIME!

First, it should be duly noted that I posed no questions to SLEAZEBURY and he therefore answered no questions from me!  I know all I need to know about him, HOLMAN, and corrupt judge COLLIER.

However, SLEAZEBURY's plea deserves an honest answer.

Firstly, SLEAZEBURY is completely immoral.  One need only look to the manner in which he cursed the Good Lord.

SLEAZBURY, understandably, has no ethics.  It logically follows that lack of ethics flows from lack of morality.

Now, down to more specifics, SLEAZEBURY has a history of hiding and concealing evidence favorable to the accused.

In legal terms, he has violated the mandates of the United States Supreme Court in Brady v. Maryland and the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.  In Brady v. Maryland, the Supreme Court ruled that the State has a legal obligation to turn over to any evidence favorable to a defendant concerning guilt or punishment.

If interested, a thumbnail sketch of Brady v. Maryland can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brady_v._Maryland.  The sketch is, however, not entirely accurate.  Prosecutors are compelled to turn over information about misconduct by police officers under Giglio v. United States, which can be found at http://supreme.justia.com/us/405/150/case.html.  Failure by the State to turn over such information is also a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, as well.

As one might suspect, as well, SLEAZEBURY is simply a bald-faced LIAR!  That reputation has followed him from Cuyahoga County, and he lives up to his reputation in Medina.

Further, SLEAZEBURY really does not know the law, as evidenced by the simple fact that he writes no legal briefs.  But, then again, why should he write legal briefs when he can rely upon COLLIER to rule in his favor, in spite of the law and the Rules of Evidence?

SLEAZEBURY WILL SAY ANYTHING AND DO ANYTHING, WELL OUTSIDE THE LAW, TO WIN A CONVICTION, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FACTUAL INNOCENCE OF AN ACCUSED INDIVIDUAL. AND IT'S ALL ENDORSED BY COLLIER!

Of course, SLEAZEBURY doesn't do these things in a vacuum.  Corrupt county prosecutor DEAN HOLMAN approves and encourages SLEAZEBURY's unethical and unlawful conduct to maintain his 98% conviction rate, which he panders to voters.  SLEAZEBURY had to learn his unethical and unlawful tactics somewhere!

You can find HOLMAN's boast about his conviction rate at http://medinagazette.northcoastnow.com/2008/10/06/holman-russica-to-face-off-in-nov/.

There is no question but that the only way any prosecutor can validly achieve a hight rate of conviction, absent the unethical and unlawful practices promoted by HOLMAN, is good, sound investigative work by police, the likes of which you will not consistently see in Medina County.

One need only look and compare HOLMAN's "98% rate of conviction" with the rate of conviction in Summit County, a largely urban area, which approximates 50%, and where police are better trained and more experienced than in rural Medina County.  That is nothing more than an established fact.

Of course, HOLMAN and SLEAZEBURY could not accomplish that remarkable "98% conviction rate" were it not for the complicity of totally corrupt judge CHRISTOPHER COLLIER, who aids and abets the unethical and unlawful conduct of SLEAZEBURY and HOLMAN in his courtroom on a daily basis.

Attending a trial in COLLIER's courtroom is a throwback to 1950's trial of a Black man in Mississippi.

So, in direct response to SLEAZEBURY's  plea, it's not about what he has done to me.  Rather, it's about what SLEAZEBURY, HOLMAN, and COLLIER have done to countless individuals by depriving them of their constitutional protections.

It's about the devastation they have wrought on countless numbers of families due to their unlawful and unethical conduct.

But, mostly, it is about the fact that SLEAZEBURY, HOLMAN, and COLLIER have completely desecrated the Constitution of the United States and have denied the citizens of Medina County the Rule of Law.

The simple fact is that WE need to be protected from THEM!

MUCH MORE TO COME ...
