SOUND LIKE MEDINA COURTS ARE SERVING YOU, GUIDED BY THE SUPREME COURT?

In 1886, the United States Supreme Court decided Boyd v. United States, found at 116 U.S. 616.  In that decision, at Page 635, the Supreme Court noted:  "constitutional provisions for the security of persons and property [accorded by the Fourth Amendment] should be liberally construed...It is the duty of courts to be watchful for the constitutional rights of citizens, against any stealthy encroachments thereon."

A reference to Boyd v. United States can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boyd_v._United_States

Now just what does "liberally construed" mean?  Well, it means that if there is a doubt or a question about the constitutionality of an action by the state, the courts should rule in favor of the citizen.

You won't see that happen anytime soon in Medina County, where "COLLIER" regularly and routinely denies defendants of their Fourth Amendment rights.

Do you believe that the Medina County courts are functioning in a manner consistent with this ruling of the United States Supreme Court, decided more than 120 years ago?

You will further note that the United States Supreme Court held that it is the "DUTY" of the courts "to be watchful for the constitutional rights of citizens, against stealthy encroachments on those same Fourth Amendment constitutional rights!

Not only are the corrupt courts of Medina County forsaking their constitutional duties, but the corrupt prosecutors and judges of Medina County are actually guilty of encroaching on those rights!

I simply point to all of the defective criminal complaints and arrest warrants issued in Medina County courts, each and every one of which has been issued contrary to the very expressly stated provisions of the Fourth Amendment that no warrant shall issue but upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation.

You will not find one arrest warrant issued in Medina County supported by a statement of essential facts from which probable cause can be deduced, as is required by the Fourth Amendment!

THE ONLY CONCLUSION TO BE DRAWN IS THAT THERE IS NO RULE OF LAW IN MEDINA COUNTY!

MUCH MORE TO COME ....
