SOMETHING ELSE IS FISHY OVER AT THE MEDINA COUNTY COURTHOUSE/RAILROAD STATION

As you now know, the corrupt politicos over at the Medina Courthouse/Railroad Station have applied a little arm-twisting over at the Medina Gazette to remove a Reader Comment from their website which, at the time, contained a link to this blog.  The web page is found at http://medinagazette.northcoastnow.com/2010/10/09/inflat

Such is the level of public corruption in Medina County, suppressing the First Amendment Right to freedom of expression.

If you should go to that online article, you will find references to a lawsuit filed by Bill Doraty of Kia Motors against the Medina Township trustees.  The article is dated October 9, 2010, and appeared nearly one month ago.

In the article, DINO HOLMAN denied having a "secret meeting" with Mike Todd in Columbus.  RIGHT!!!!

Nevertheless, presuming that Doraty and/or Kia Motors filed the lawsuit against Medina Township in the Medina County Court of Common Pleas, I took it upon myself to check the docket at the website of the Medina County Clerk of Court, found at http://www.co.medina.oh.us/medct_epublicnodr/

What I found there, and what you will find, is NOTHING!  Something is really fishy about that fact. Doraty and KIA Motors have been named as defendants in a number of prior actions, but there is no entry showing Doraty or KAI Motors as the plaintiff(s) (the person bringing the lawsuit) to be found at the Clerk's website.

If Bill Doraty filed a lawsuit in Medina County Court of Common Pleas, filed under his name or the name of his business, KIA Motors, the lawsuit should have been docketed on or about the date it was filed with the Clerk of the Court and assigned to a judge for disposition.

The fact that the alleged lawsuit has not been docketed by now, nearly one month after the date of the Gazette article, should be raising some eyebrows, particularly in light of the alleged meeting between HOLMAN and Todd in Columbus.

IF the case has been filed by Doraty under his personal or business name in the Medina County Court of Common Pleas, and the case has not yet been assigned to a judge for resolution, and IF HOLMAN met with Todd in Columbus, then those apparent facts should raise suspicion, to a fairly hight degree, that the FIX IS IN, of course in favor of Medina Township.

It would not surprise me one bit that HOLMAN would steer Doraty's case to COLLIER, who will decide the case in the manner dictated to him by HOLMAN.

Welcome to Medina County "justice," Bill, where there are no Constitutional Rights and there is no Rule of Law!

MUCH MORE TO COME ....
